HealthMotion for Caregivers:

1. Open the True Helix Mobile App. 

2. Location Services are required to utilize the app’s functionality. When prompted, please allow the True Helix Mobile App access to the device’s location. 

3. Tap First Time Setup? To create a new mobile user account. 

4. Enter in an Email and Password to be used for login information. 

5. Tap Submit 

 After login information is created, a message will appear that a verification email has been sent to the email address entered. 

1. Go to the inbox of the email address used for the login info.  

2. Open the verification email from True Helix. 

3. Click or tap Confirm within the email. 

4. Once the email address is confirmed, a True Helix screen will appear confirming the email address has been verified. 

5. The new account can now be logged into from the True Helix Mobile App 

 1. Open the True Helix Mobile App. 

2. Enter the email address and password to login. 

3. Tap Submit 

4. An 8-digit code will appear. Contact your employer and provide this code to link your mobile app account to the employer’s True Helix system. 

5. Once connected, the True Helix mobile App can be utilized!
